Billing and Refund Policy

Subscriptions
Membership plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring cycle based on the plan selected at signup. Billing dates, renewal timing, and payment method controls are managed in the customer billing portal.
Plan Changes and Cancellation
- Plan upgrades or downgrades apply according to Stripe subscription settings and proration rules.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access remains available through the paid period unless stated otherwise.
- Non-payment may result in suspended feature access until billing is resolved.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled case-by-case. To request review, contact support with your company name, account email, invoice date, and reason for request.
Taxes and Invoices
Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction and billing profile. Receipts and invoices are generated through Stripe and available to billing contacts.
